Avocado Cilantro Sauce
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 cups of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Lemon juice of 1 lemon
- Salt/Pepper to taste
- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
- Pulse until a creamy consistency.
- Garnish with red pepper flakes.
- TIP: This sauce is better to eat right away, in order to keep the ingredients fresh.
