Welcome to Livin’ La Vegan Life!

Living in Buffalo, NY, Gabriel and Bijan are bringing to you vegan food from all around the world. With Gabriel’s latin heritage and Bijan’s middle-eastern and spanish culture, Livin’ La Vegan Life is about enjoying delicious and tasty food from around the globe. We commenced our vegan journey in the beginning of 2018, while transitioning from a vegetarian diet. It was important to us to begin living a more compassionate lifestyle for our planet Earth and our overall health. With Livin’ La Vegan Life, we are eager to prove that being vegan is fun, tasty, inexpensive, and most importantly cruelty-free. Thank you for joining us along our journey as vegans.

A little bit more about us….

Gabriel (on the right) is a passionate Colombian ?? dental student who loves to cook and create recipes. He has just started his second semester, and is eager to continue exploring his dental school career. Gabriel grew up in Colombia, and moved to South Carolina as a teenager. His Colombian roots have stayed with him, as it shows in his daily cooking. Previously to being vegan, he has been a vegetarian for several years!

Bijan (on the left) grew up in Montreal, Canada ?? with a Spanish mother and Persian father. His multicultural influences have stayed with him as he moved to the United States to finish high school and college. He is passionate about Psychology, and plans to go back to graduate school soon. Right now, he is working within the field of domestic violence.

Oliver ? is a Yorkie Havanese who gives Bijan and Gabriel all the love and support they need 😉 He is the biggest 1 year old trouble maker ever!
